1 Dead After Shooting At Houma Trailer Park

HOUMA, La. (AP) — Police in Houma are investigating a shooting death at a trailer park.

The shooting was reported Tuesday night. Police told The Courier that no suspects have been arrested.

Police said they received two calls about the shooting, which happened around 8:30 p.m. Neighbors said they heard three shots coming from a trailer. Neighbors and family members identified the victim as a 40-year-old Houma man.

Police Lt. Dana Coleman said an autopsy would likely be performed Wednesday.
