NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A Houma woman was sentenced to 10 years in prison after admitting to purchasing and selling at least 50 grams of methamphetamine.

The Courier, citing a news release from U.S. Attorney Jim Letten in New Orleans, reports that 41-year-old Niki Aguillard sold the drug to a law enforcement source.

Aguillard will serve five years of probation after her release.
