120 arrests and more than $74,000 in money recovered. That's the results of a December roundup of deadbeat parents done by the state Department of Children & Family Services. Officials say those non-custodial parents owed a combined total of over a million dollars. They say the more they can collect from parents who don't pay their child support, the less they need to pay out in food stamps and needy family assistance dollars.
