Worst Roads In Nation

MainStreet.com says Louisiana's roads are the worst in the U. S.. The website bases its ranking on four factors: poor road condition, deficient or obsolete bridges, highway fatalities, and congestion.  Arkansas showed up at fifth-worst on the list.
