13-Year-Old Boy Allegedly Rapes 2 Younger Children

A 13-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly raping two younger children.

According to our news partners at KATC, Eunice Police say the boy allegedly not only raped the 8-year-old and 5-year-old children, but he allegedly forced the oldest child to perform sex acts on the younger child by choking him into doing the act.

He faces two counts of first-degree rape against, as well as one count each of aggravated battery and sexual battery and could be in prison until he turns 21 years old if convicted.
