15 Crew Indicted Over South Korean Ferry Disaster

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Homicide charges have been lodged in an indictment today against the captain and three crew members of the sunken South Korean ferry.

The indictment alleges negligence and failure to protect hundreds of passengers.

Less serious indictments were issued against 11 other crew members. So far, 284 bodies have been recovered and 20 are missing.
