Deputies with the Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office says Timothy Kordish of Ville Platte and Douglas Citizen II of Church Point are on the loose after they allegedly fled from officers who were responding to two separate suspicious-related incidents.

First, around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a complaint that a male subject was driving a vehicle in an disoriented state near Coulee Road and Valse Drive in Eunice. After an attempted traffic stop, a 5-mile vehicle pursuit that ended in a cow pasture on Gatton Lane near Tepetate Road and a four hour search for the driver Kordish, the suspect's vehicle was towed away and charges are pending against him.

Next, shortly before 11:00 p.m., a resident complained to deputies about a suspicious vehicle on a family farm located in the 2000 block of L. Boudreaux Road near Rayne. Officers say the driver, later identified as Citizen, ran away as authorities tried to ask him for identification. The passenger in the suspicious vehicle, Guy Higginbotham of Church Point, is the actual owner of the truck, according to deputies. He was arrested and taken into custody for outstanding warrant. An arrest warrant has been issued for Citizen.

If you know where Kordish and Citizen made be, call 788-8700 or your local law enforcement agency if you know the whereabouts of these two suspects.
