HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Later this morning, three former Penn State officials are going before a judge who'll decide whether they'll face trial on charges they covered up an allegation that Jerry Sandusky was sexually preying on boys.

Former Penn State president Graham Spanier, former vice president Gary Schultz and ex-athletic director Tim Curley say they're innocent and were never aware at the time that the allegation was of a sexual nature.

Sandusky is serving a 30- to 60-year prison sentence after being convicted last year.
