BEIRUT (AP) — The Red Cross says three of its aid workers in Syria and a Red Crescent volunteer have been released by the gunmen who kidnapped them yesterday.

However, the fate of three other Red Cross workers seized along with them remains unclear. The group was abducted while traveling through rebel-held territory in the northwestern Idlib province.

No one has claimed responsibility for the kidnapping.
