A North Carolina family is lost for words after their son's grave marker was repossessed by the manufacturer.

Yes, someone actually went to a 5-year-old's grave site and removed the plate marking his resting spot. The reason, well the manufacturer says that the deceased boy's family owes him money.

The family says that do not owe the manufacturer money and that they have since hired an attorney to address the issue.

The 5-year-old boy died a year ago after his battle with leukemia. The stone was reportedly placed at his gravesite after modifications were made, but payment was never made for the additions on the stone.

The manufacturer says that they family did pay for the stone in full, but they have not paid for the additions on the stone. He says that this is the first time he has had to do this.
