TACLOBAN, Philippines (AP) — Authorities say eight people have been killed in the collapse of a warehouse wall in the typhoon-ravaged Philippine city of Tacloban (tahk-LOH'-bahn) where thousands of people stormed the storage facility.

The incident underscored an increasingly desperate need for food, water and medical supplies. The reopening of two airports is expected to bring more aid.
