A Fire Watch Has Been Issued For 16 Parishes

The  National  Weather  Service has issued a Fire Weather Watch through  this  evening  for Vernon, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Rapides, Allen, Jeff  Davis, Avoyelles, Evangeline, St. Landry, Acadia, Lafayette, St.  Martin, Vermilion,  Iberia  &  St.  Mary parishes. Be sure to be careful if handling flammable materials outside and take extra precaution if near dry areas.
