A First With Percy Sledge

Percy Sledge of 'When A Man Loves A Woman' fame joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today to preview his appearance at the St. Martinville Inaugural Catfish Festival this weekend.

It was a special interview for me because in my forty-plus years of radio I've never had the pleasure of interviewing Percy.  Since my teen years at the Mudd Avenue Community Center in Lafayette, Signorelli's in St. Martinville and many other venues, I've danced and romanced to Percy's music.  I've also played all of his hits on various radio stations, party's and receptions.
