The Abbeville Lions Club is hosting its annual auction this Sunday to benefit the Vermilion Association for the Physically Handicapped, airing on KROF AM960.

The auction is held at the Woodman of the World hall at 319 W Woodman Road in Abbeville beginning at noon.

Items to be auctioned range from several delicious homemade desserts to housewares, tools, decorations, restaurant gift cards, a 100 pound crawfish boil (catered!) and more.

Stadium food is available for purchase, including hot dogs, chili dogs, sausage po-boys, hamburgers, chili Fritos, etc, along with a variety of beverages to keep all ages happy.

All monies raised by the Lions Club auction go to help physically impaired children in Vermilion Parish by funding crutches, wheelchairs, eyeglasses and other physical/medical necessities.

The auction is held at the Woodman hall, but is also on KROF AM960 - bids come in on the telephone as well as from attendees in the building. The auction begins at noon, and all are invited to attend/participate!
