Abbeville Police Release Sketch Of Armed Robbery Suspect

Police in Abbeville have released a sketch of a man whom they say robbed a woman at gunpoint while her child was in the car.

Police said the woman was approached by two men outside of a business on the Hwy. 14 bypass road in Abbeville. The man allegedly demanded money, and the victim handed over her purse in an effort to protect her child, who was in the car nearby.

Police said they're trying to get their hands on surveillance footage in order to identify the suspects.
