Abducted Children Returned Safely

State officials say the two Lincoln Parish children under state foster care--that were abducted by their biological mothers last weekend--have been returned. The women surrendered to authorities early this morning. The children, Eshli Kunz and Jazzlyn Deason, are in good condition and are with protective services.
