Update – Missing “At Risk” Woman in Acadia Parish Found

Update - 8-2-12 (KPEL) - The Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office has announced that missing person Mary Maturin has been located. They would like to thank everyone for all the assistance that they received in the search.

8-1-12 (KPEL) - The Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office needs your help looking for a missing "at risk" woman. Her name is Mary Maturin. According to their facebook page, she is 64-years-old, white, 140 pounds and has been missing since Sunday, July 29.

The Nixle Alert says Mary Maturin was just placed on new medication. According to the release, she drives a white Ford Arastar van with the license plate WNH591. If you have any information that can help in finding Mary Maturin, call 911 or the police.

When a picture of her is released, KPEL will let you know.
