Acadiana Crawfish Farmers Hoping Production Gets Better

It's Friday and it's Lent! 

That means lots of crawfish eating in Acadiana.  While the demand is high, Acadiana crawfish farmers are hoping production improves.  The season is off to a slow start.  Crawfish farmers say production is about half of what it was this time last year.  Steve Minvielle with the Louisiana Crawfish Farmers Association says weather conditions are to blame.
