Acadiana Redistricting

A proposed redistricting map that cuts into two Acadiana districts is headed to the senate floor for debate. The map which enlarges two northern districts would force Lafayette congressmen Charles Boustany and Jeff Landry to run against each other. The plan has already passed through the senate committee.
