Accident Shuts Down Highway One Near Donaldsonville

DONALDSONVILLE, La. (AP) — Louisiana State Police said a major multi-vehicle crash closed part of Louisiana Highway 1 in Ascension Parish.

Troopers said Highway at Highway 405, just northwest of Donaldsonville, was shut down by the Tuesday morning accident. They said drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes.
