Accused Robber Caught In Abbeville

US Marshals, along with Vermilion and Lafayette Parish authorities, catch an accused robber. Corey Britt with the U.S. Marshals Office says they tried to do a traffic stop on Nathan Lewis around 12:30 p.m. at Castle Row off Guilbeau Road, but Lewis got away on foot. He was eventually arrested at 220 LeBlanc Avenue in Abbeville. Lewis was Wanted by the Lafayette Police Department for Armed Robbery and Simple Robbery.
