Another Obama Administration official doesn't get Benghazi.  Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates told CBS' "Face the Nation" the Obama Administration did the right thing in responding to the embassy attack in Benghazi.  Gates said the U.S. did not have a military force on standby in the Middle East and it would have been difficult if not impossible to prepare troops to intervene on short notice.

Robert Gates and everyone else from the Obama Administration who has testified about Benghazi  makes me want to puke!  Haven't any of these people heard about at least trying...especially when it comes to saving American lives.

One of the first things you learn in basic training is that you don't leave anyone behind...I think that also means you do whatever it takes to save their lives.  I don't know for a fact if Robert Gates has ever served in the military but I really doubt that he or anyone else in the Administration has ever put on a uniform.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton asked "what does it matter?"  The answer to that is four American lives were lost and American credibility continues to die a slow death on the world stage.

Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates said we didn't have sufficient military force to protect our embassy and American lives...and American credibility continues to die a slow death on the world stage.

White House spokesperson Jay Carney said "that was a long time ago".  That's the only true statement about Benghazi.  It was a long time ago and the families of those killed and the American public still have no answers....and American credibility continues to die a slow death on the world stage.

How will we recruit diplomatic personnel at any level if we can't give them the basic protection of life while they serve in foreign hostile territories?  I really don't know the answer but I think it's time somebody that was involved grows a pair and 'mans' up.  Hillary are you listening?
