Adult And Teen Injured In Iberia Parish Shooting

Dequasis Jean Batiste and a 15-year-old male have been wounded after an exchange of gunfire early Saturday morning on 518 S. Hopkins Street in New Iberia.

Iberia Parish Sheriff Louis Ackal says, according to witnesses, an unknown black male wearing a black hooded shirt and black pants started shooting through the door of the home.
