Louisiana is joining a coalition of 21 states hoping to stop a new rule regarding overtime pay. The group of states and more than 50 business groups filed separate lawsuits yesterday. They want a reversal of Obama administration rules that will allow millions more Americans to qualify for overtime pay starting in December. Texas and Nevada filed the suite on behalf of all the states.

State Attorney General Jeff Landry spoke out on the case Wednesday morning on Acadiana's Morning News with Rob Kirkpatrick and Bernadette Lee.
