A crash yesterday takes the life of Glenmora woman. On highway 112, Dorothy Fee was driving south when she suddenly crossed the center line for unknown reasons and exited the roadway.

She began to ride into a ditch on the other side of the road when she hit a raised up drive way. Fee was not wearing a seat belt and was killed from the injuries she received.

A toxicology sample has been submitted for analysis. The crash remains under investigation.

The Louisiana State Troopers that responded to the scene want to remind  everyone to wear seat belts, not only because it is a law, but because the safest place during a car accident is usually inside the car itself.
