The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality says a 41-year-old woman was charged with multiple counts after she was allegedly involved in a scheme at her business.  Anna Guillory owns a tire disposal company, and state officials allege she was cheating the state out of money.

Guillory owns Reds Tranport, a tire disposal company.  She was charged with 34 counts of forgery, 34 counts of filing a false public record, one count of theft of close to four thousand dollars, and one count of defrauding the Louisiana Waste Tire Management Fund.

The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality alleges that Guillory was bumping up the number of tires she claimed were actually eligible for the program.  DEQ further accuses her forging names on documents so she could be reimbursed by a waste tire processor under the Louisiana program.  Officials say a sister-in-law, Majella Green, was arrested on the same charges in May.
