Another Breaux Bridge Man Wanted On Dog Fighting Charges

Thursday, investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of a man on various counts including dog fighting and cruelty to animals. Jason Haskett was arrested at his home in the 1400 block of Breaux Bridge Senior High School Road.

Now investigators says they are looking for a second person in connection with the case, 35-year-old Antonio Boyd of Breaux Bridge.

Boyd is wanted on charges of suspected dog fighting and weapons charges.

In November of 2010, investigators say Body was arrested on fifteen counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, eight counts of simple cruelty to animals and two counts of dog fighting.

They say the 2010 charges were the result of a narcotics investigation conducted at that same home in Breaux Bridge.
