Anti-Obama Billboard Has New Orleans Neighborhood In A Free Speech Debate

A billboard criticizing President Obama is creating quite a buzz in a New Orleans neighborhood. It depicts the president as a crying baby in diapers -- blaming the poor economy on anything but himself. The sign is on private property. The owner, Timothy Reilly, has been asked to take it down. He hasn't done so. Other neighbors say they have no problem with the sign. The sign is one of three in the neighborhood.
