The ARC of Acadiana is a non-profit that promotes and protects the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing waiver employment and residential services jobs.  Today Sherri Freeman-Baudoin of The ARC joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' to invite participation in their second annual golf scramble.  The tournament will be held at the Wetlands Golf Course in Lafayette on October 26, 2012.

Freeman-Baudoin said,

"We are the first organization to successfully privatize a state-funded facility which we did in Iota last summer. We are now attempting to privatize a facility in Bossier City which makes the golf scramble that much more important to our organization."
