Tony Trammel, Director of Traffic and Transportation, thinks so. He stated in the annual report that there is a 63% cut of crashes in one year near the intersections.

The report also noted that the system has made close to $11 million since it's start back in 2006 which means over $5 million to the Lafayette consolidated government.
