Armed Robbery Suspects Arrested

Four people were arrested yesterday, accused of robbing a Cade truck stop early Sunday morning. Authorities say Casey Robertson of St. Martinville went into the Spanish Lake Truck Stop, pulled out a handgun, demanded money from the store clerk, then got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Robert Lee Chatman the Third and Amanda Champagne, both of St. Martinville, and James E. Clifford of Duson are also charged in the robbery as well.
