The Town of Arnaudville has issued a boil water advisory as the result of a water well control problem that is causing pressure problems with the town's water system.

The boil advisory, which began at 9 a.m., will remain in effect until rescinded by town officials.

Officials recommend boiling water for one full minute in a clean container; that one minute starts after the water has been brought to a "toiling boil." Officials also say to disinfect your water before consuming it, making ice, brushing teeth, and using it for food.
