Arnaudville Man Arrested On Alleged Molestations

A man accused of molesting two girls over a twenty-year period has been arrested.

Lt. Megan Vizena with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office says one of the victims, a 14-year-old, told her father that she had been molested by 55-year-old Joseph Richard of Arnaudville on July 4th of last year. During the investigation, the other victim came forward and said she was also molested by Richard twenty years ago when she was twelve, three separate times.

Richard has been charged with four counts of molestation of a juvenile. No bond has been set at this time.
