Arrest Report For St. Mary Parish

The following is a list of those arrested in St. Mary Parish in the last 24 hours:

Joseph L. Gary, 29, 208 Henry Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on May 26, 2015 at 11:52 am for the following offenses:

-     Warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute, possession/distribution/sale of a legend drug without a prescription, and introducing or possessing contraband in any municipal or parish prison or jail

-     Warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court

Deputies located Gary at his residence on the warrant. No bail is set.

Peter K. Allain, 64, 4682 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, LA was arrested on May 26, 2015 at 12:45 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. A deputy located Allain at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse on the warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation into a report of a disturbance at a residence in Charenton. The responding deputy learned that Allain and a female subject were involved in an argument when Allain pushed the female victim to the ground. Allain was transported to the parish jail. He was later released on a personal surety bond.

Toreum S. Poole, 30, 1200 James Street, Apt. #8, Morgan City, LA was arrested on May 26, 2015 at 1:10 pm for aggravated battery. Deputies responded to a 911 call of a stabbing at a residence in Siracusa. During the course of the investigation, deputies learned that Poole and male victim were arguing when Poole picked up a knife. After seeing Poole pick up the knife, the victim also grabbed the knife causing a laceration to his hand. A deputy transported Poole to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
