An update to this story.

Three men have been arrested in the case of the robbery that killed three people after they had their throats slit last month. Ascension Parish police say that Michael Aikens(35), Rolondo Stewart(22), and Travis Moore(19) are being charged with first degree murder in the deaths of Robert and Shirley Marchand and their stepson Douglas Dooley.

Ascension Parish Sheriff Jeff Wiley says that they were found after getting a few different tips from the community. They also have found that a fourth suspect might have been involved and they are in the process of searching that that person.

It is also believed that Aikens had worked for Marchand before and that could be the reason that he knew about the coin collection.

The three were found Febuary 18th and a safe missing from the home. Shirley initially survived the brutal attack, but died in the hospital two weeks later.
