Artificial Reef Progresses

The state Wildlife & Fisheries Department has completed the first phase of a project to convert the old I-10 Twin Spans across eastern Lake Ponchatrain into an artificial reef. Oversight Director Mark Schexnayder says the reef is located between the new I-10 spans and Highway 11.
