Aspiring Model Accused Of Exposing Her Genitals To Jailer

29-year-old Devan Serpa was being processed for her alleged involvement in a shooting that happened last month when Morgan City Police say showed her genitals to the male corrections officer, according to Louisiana Radio Network.

"She was basically upset about being arrested and got into an argument with the corrections officer," says Morgan City Police Captain James Banks.

Captain Banks says the aspiring model has been charged with obscenity in addition the illegal use of a weapon and principle to aggravated criminal damage to property charges she faces for the incident in which bullets damaged two vehicles and a home.
