Attempted Murder And Robbery Suspects Arrested In Unrelated Crowley Cases
18-year-old Keiford Shane Anthony Hebert of Crowley has been charged with the April 2nd shooting incident that happened in the Westwood Apartment complex, while 20-year-old Blake Langlinais has been arrested by Crowley Police for allegedly burglarizing three vehicles in the 1100 block of West Mill Street in February of 2013.
There were two people shot in the apartment complex incident, suffering non-life threatening injuries. “Our officers do their best to keep cold cases alive, especially those where violence has occurred,” says Chief Gibson.
Hebert faces two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder and two counts of Armed Robbery and has been booked into the Acadia Parish Jail.
In an unrelated case, Langlinais faces three counts of vehicle burglary after Chief Gibson says DNA taken from the scene of the burglaries identified Langlinais.
Langlinais has also been booked into the Acadia Parish Jail.
