Ban Sex Offenders From Facebook

Opelousas Representative Ledricka Thierry will sponsor a bill from Governor Bobby Jindal that would make it illegal for certain convicted sex offenders to use Facebook and other social networking websites. Jindal says sex offenders who have a previous felony conviction against a minor should not be allowed on these sites where they can have contact with children.
