BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Baton Rouge police say a 37-year-old man died at a hospital following a domestic dispute.

Police tell The Advocate officers found Dale Vincent Bentley early Saturday morning with multiple bullet wounds, under the carport of his home.

Bentley died from his wounds after being taken to a hospital.

Police say 47-year-old Jacqulyne Scott and Bentley had been in three-year relationship with a history of domestic violence.

Scott was booked with second-degree murder.

It was not immediately known whether Scott has an attorney.
