BBB Warns Of ‘F’ Rated Computer Business

The Better Business Bureau of Acadiana is warning against doing business with Team Viewer Inc. According to the BBB Team Viewer Inc. offers software for remote computer support, access and online meeting has has earned an 'F' ratting. That rating was generated by nine complaints against the business, failure to respond to four complaints and another complaint against the business that was not resolved. The Better Business Bureau says it has not received enough information on Team Viewer despite two requests.

Complaints against Team Viewer Inc. include complaints of malfunctioning software, ineffective or rude customer service, no refunds for malfunctioning software, charging clients for free trial periods and charging companies for upgrades without their permission.
