Beating Suspect Turns Himself In

One of the suspects in a beating just over a week ago has turned himself in to authorities. The man known as "Van Beck" is accused of being one of a group of Asian men who attacked two white men at Legends Bar and Grill on Tuesday of last week, knocking both victims unconscious. The incident remains under investigation.
