Better Business Bureau To Allow Customer Reviews

The Better Business Bureau of Acadiana is now allowing customers to post reviews about businesses, in addition to the marketplace transaction complaints that they've been able to submit for some time now.

According to Sharane Gott, who joined "Nathan & Bernie in the Morning," the new feature will allow folks to post compliments, food reviews, acknowledgments of civic pride, and other things.

"If it's not information for a complaint...then we would put it there," Gott said. "And the business can respond to it too, regardless if you're accredited or not accredited."
