Biker Says Police Overstepped Their Authority

The story comes out of Dallas, where Chris Moore was pulled over by police after they dealt with a large group of people on sport bikes causing them trouble. The officer in question didn't initially claim that Moore did anything and wanted to take his helmet-cam. He then came back and arrested Moore for an obstructed license plate.
