UPDATE: Monday, July 16 4:22 p.m. - Someone identifying herself as being with the family/friends of Dylon Boudreaux confirmed on our sister station Planet Radio 105.1 FM's Facebook Page that the dead body found Sunday was indeed Dylon's. Heather Bishop wrote:

"We (the closer family/friends) knew it was him. He was in his suit, about the same height. Because of the...injury and how long he'd been there, they wanted to be 1000% sure.

Both the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office and the St. Martinville Police Department are still not confirming the identity of the dead body.

UPDATE: Monday, July 16 3:00 p.m. - Major Ginny Higgins with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says the body found dead has not been confirmed as Dylon Boudreaux, contrary to reports. Higgins says results are still pending. The St. Martinville Police Department, who is handling the investigation, also says they cannot confirm that the body is indeed 18-year-old Dylon Boudreaux.

Monday, July 16 1:23 p.m. - Our news partners at Katc are reporting that the body found Sunday near Capprito Road in St. Martinville is  18-year-old Dylon Boudreaux, who went missing last week. That's according to the St. Martin Parish Coroner's Office in St. Martinville. The coroner says autopsy results could take six to eight weeks.

The volunteer search effort to find Dylon was called off Sunday.
