A New York man dies after falling from a multi-story parking garage for L’Auberge du Lac Casino in Lake Charles.

His body was recovered  yesterday from the water behind the resort. Rory Mcdonald, the victim, went missing on Friday night after witness reports indicate that he was heavily intoxicated and disoriented.

According to Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office representative Kim Myers, “the footage shows him attempting to jump to the rooftop of the casino boat and he fell into the water between the two structures around 2:30 a.m.”

According to Myers no one witnessed the jump or the fall, but witness states have all been similar in stating that he was intoxicated.
