Congressman Charles Boustany's Washington D.C. office is accepting applications for summer internships.

Boustany spokesman Jack Pandol said there are two summer sessions available for interns who would perform a variety of tasks including conducting legislative research, attending congressional hearings and interacting with constituents.

College students and recent college graduates interested in an internship should submit a cover letter explaining their interest and a resume before March 4, 2016.

The materials should be sent to Boustany's Director of Operations Rebecca Hobbs at with the subject “DC Intern.” Questions may be directed to the Washington, DC, office at (202) 225-2031.
