Congressman Charles Boustany's Washington D.C. office is accepting applications for summer internships.

Boustany spokesman Jack Pandol said there are two summer sessions available for interns who would perform a variety of tasks including conducting legislative research, attending congressional hearings and interacting with constituents.

College students and recent college graduates interested in an internship should submit a cover letter explaining their interest and a resume before March 4, 2016.

The materials should be sent to Boustany's Director of Operations Rebecca Hobbs at Rebecca.Hobbs@mail.house.gov with the subject “DC Intern.” Questions may be directed to the Washington, DC, office at (202) 225-2031.
