Boustany Demands Action To Address Medicare’s Long-Term Financial Problems (Video)
Washington, DC – U.S. Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr., demanded immediate answers to the predicted insolvency of the Medicare program at today’s Ways and Means Health Subcommittee hearing. Citing the 2011 Annual Report of the Social Security and Medicare Board of Trustees on Medicare, Boustany pressured board members Charles Blahous and Robert Reishcauer to explain the President’s disregard for Medicare’s financial problems.
