There will be a bowling fundraiser at Lafayette Lanes to raise money for NKH (Non-ketotic Hyperglycinemia).

NKH, or Nonketotic hyperglycinemia, is a rare disorder that causes a problem in breaking down the amino acid glycine.  NKH affects 1 child in about 60,000.

Excessive build-up of glycine disrupts the normal functions of the brain, and can cause seizures and learning and development issues including motor function.

The fundraiser will be held on April 16th at Lafayette Lanes on Johnston Street, starting at 11am.  The cost is $20 for 3 games.
