BP Manslaughter Charges

Environmental  problems  from  the Gulf oil spill  disaster  may  be
winding down, but legal troubles  for  BP and Transocean may just be
getting started. Legal analyst Tim Meche  says  the  federal Justice
Department is looking at bringing charges against current and former
executives with both companies. Meche says the feds will be looking
at testimony given by executives to Congress and to the Coast Guard.
